Strip Flooring
This type of solid wood flooring is defined by the thickness and width of the individual boards. Strip flooring ranges in thickness from 5/16" to 3/4" and it is available in widths of 1 1/2", 2" and 2 1/4" -------------------------------------------------------------------- Plank Flooring Plank flooring is only available in thicknesses of 1/2" and 3/4". Widths range from 3" to 8". -------------------------------------------------------------------- Parquet Flooring When installed, Parquet flooring is very different in appearance from either strip or plank flooring. Parquet flooring consists of individual boards that are milled so tha when installed, they form a geometric pattern. |
